How Many Maids of Honor?

When you are planning your wedding, some of the most difficult decisions revolve around choosing your wedding party.  Is there more than one woman worthy of being your Maid of Honor?  How many bridesmaids should be involved?  Do you and your partner's parties need to be gender-specific?  Take some time to consider what would best serve you as a Bride {or Groom}, friend, relative and {soon to be} husband or wife.  In what ways can you be inclusive and sincere without breaking the bank or stirring up unwanted worry?
